Ciroc Presents Club Paradise - Art Basel

The complete 360-degree event experience, from creating presentation decks, securing sponsorships, and managing clients to event production and promotions.

As a Miami native, I have the advantage of using my contacts to benefit my clients and events during the competitive time of Art Basel in Miami. With full support and execution from my team, I created a comprehensive event presentation and pitched it to my personal contacts. The result was a successful event during Art Basel season that was sold out, at capacity, and fully stocked with Ciroc branding, including photobooth moments, VIP bar, and amplification on the main stage. The event featured a performance from Soulection’s own JOE KAY in collaboration with Miami-based event series STAMPED. The event was a great success and solidified the continued relationship with Ciroc. It's important to me to nurture and work together for many more projects to come, as relationships are key in this industry.

Promotional items that people want to keep

When collaborating with a brand partner, it's important to create branding opportunities that are relevant to the event. I'm passionate about creating event giveaways that people will want to keep. For example, well-designed bandanas or fans are both fun and functional. In one instance, we collaborated with a local artist to create a custom design that incorporated Miami influences, African culture references, and the Ciroc brand logo.

Over the years of collaborating with different partners and brands, I have gained insight into what companies seek when engaging with an agency or producer. The brand holds utmost importance, and visibility is key. Cultivating strong relationships among all involved parties guarantees that each party achieves their objectives in every event or partnership.

This event was no different. We made extra efforts to support Ciroc by creating plenty of organic branding opportunities that seamlessly fit with the event. From the LED screen to strategically placing logos around the bar, in the VIP lounge, and in the photo areas, we provided them with extensive visibility, worth thousands of dollars, to build a relationship and enhance the event.
